I listened to Gail Simmons today while cooking. Next time she’s in Chicago, count me in! I love her
and her recipe for fish chowder soup. Sure hope “Kappy’s Mama” gets to meet you. In the meantime, I shall read your new book, with pleasure and watch you on Top Chef.
Continued success,
Eileen
