Tony Mantuano, Chef/Partner of Spiaggia Restaurant in Chicago, was a contestant on “Top Chef Masters” and is an influential culinary force, particularly in Italian cuisine. In addition to his many accolades, President Barack Obama called Chef Mantuano one of his favorite chefs.
