Josh Capon is the executive chef partner behind Downtown NYC favorite restaurants Lure Fishbar (NYC + Miami), B&B Winepub, El Toro Blanco and Bowery Meat Company, in addition to Bash Burger at Citi Field. He attended Johnson & Wales University for Culinary School and soon after worked for acclaimed chefs Charlie Palmer, David Burke, Gray Kunz and more. Capon worked in seven different restaurants throughout France, Italy, Germany and Spain. He is a six-time winner of Rachael Ray’s Burger Bash event at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and New York City Wine & Food Festival. His charitable work includes Wellness In The Schools, a non-profit organization dedicated to making school food healthy. Capon resides in New Jersey with his wife and two kids.
