Massimo Bottura is the chef and owner of Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy which was ranked #1 on the World’s 50 Best restaurant list in 2016. He was featured on Netflix’s docu-series Chef’s Table. In this episode, he shares two recipes; one from his new cookbook, Bread is Gold, and says it is the first most amazing meal he remembers having. The other is an original recipe he improvised on the spot for BtP host, Kappy- Cheeseburger Ravioli in Parmigiano Reggiano Sauce with Crispy Bacon.
